Idyllic atelier and gallery in the countryside near the city of Oulu.
One of the largest galleries in Oulu is open for public during the summer exhibitions as well as by appointment. It is also the atelier of figurative painter Sampo Kaikkonen. It is located on an old farm in the countryside of the City of Oulu in Northern Finland. In addition to exhibitions the atelier space also hosts courses and events.

Nice home ateljee at Seluskanjärvi in Oulu
Ateljee Sampo Kaikkonen Ateljee has been built at the upper floor of an old cowhouse. The ateljee gallery is an exciting, large space, constructed by the artist himself. The house has also a smaller Aula exhibition space. Ateljee is part of a farmhouse complex with a nice garden. Kaikkonen's paintings are large, very often depicting naked female figures but also portraits. Ateljee has at times exhibitions and activities organized by the village citizens. Free entry during summer time.
