Best view that is free

This is a mall in a small town. The shops are not many but for a small town is good. There is a new cinema as well. The best thing though it would be the food hall on the top floor. Large windows gives you the best view over the town. You can appreciate the "eastern block" architecture, recognize old buildings and get a sense of space in the northeastern most town in Romania.

    Good parking
    Big parking space on multiple levels. Took me ages to find a free parking space; in the end I managed to park it somewhere between two huge cars without leaving even one small scratch on mine; it was quite funny, barely managed to get out of my car :))

    Shopping mall
    Well organised, good variety of different shops, food court at last floor with different choices for eating. Friendly personnel, full cinema complex with 6 vision facilities.
