A great homage for a sculptor of the world!
We had the great opportunity to visit in the end of May the great Pavilion "Marcel Guguianu", an exceptional art museum. This building, a very interesting and beautiful homage to the great sculptor Marcel Guguianu it is a symbol for Barlad city. Inside of the museum we admired the outstanding works of this great sculptor, famous all over the world. Marcel Guguianu donated all his works to the city where he was born. Also in that building it is a great planetarium. If you come in Barlad you must stop and find this great museum to enjoy such beauty. Outside there is a beautiful garden with few of his great works. You will not regret any moment spent here and the fee for that museum it is extremely cheap. Enjoy it!

Works of a great romanian sculptor!
Visiting hours are every day, except Mondays when is closed, from 8 to 16. The ticket price is 4 lei (about 0.9 euro) and is cheap considering that you can admire sculptures of a world-class artist. The exhibition stretches over about 6 rooms on two floors and an outdoor exhibition.

One of the best tourist attraction in Barlad
This museum is very popular for its multiple exchibitions and wonderful collections of objects that have an important role for the town's culture. Moreover, the owner of this place organises dozens of classical music concert during the year and, usually, there is no entry fee. Added to all that, there is a planetarium at the last floor, which is the perfect place where you can learn about the space.
