An excellent Museum!

The museum is right under the Orthodox cathedral. The entry is free. The museum has many exhibits, icons and old precious clothes. From the entrance you go under Cathedral down the slit through a corridor and you return to another. At the end of the passageway is a dome where all the saints are painted Romans. Very nice.

    The home of orthodoxism
The museum is brand new. It is located underground and the entrance is in front of the cathedral. You can request and audio guide for free. Either you are religious or you are simply curious about Orthodox Church, for sure The Metropolitan Museum is offering to everyone an interesting experience. There are exposed very old books, objects and clothes. On the „Way of the Cross” you are able to walk around the underground foundation of the cathedral. Also the paintings of the all walls are stunning.

    Metropolitan museum
First impresion wasn't WOW and certainly, this kind of history is not my favorite, but some things were really interesting. Architecture is amazing with handmade painted and covered out walls. A lot of interest bring the central and main room with a lot of dress made by hand and with special textiles.
