Abandoned beauty
The castle is very beautiful, I would say it is a hidden gem. A lot of people don't know about him. Unfortunately, it is not in the best shape, it would require extensive renovation works, especially at the inside part. The park surrounding the castle is also very beautiful, with secular trees and a small lake (clogged, unfortunately). On the estate there is a beautiful guesthouse, in a separate building, near the castle.

Hunting Palace
It was built in 19th century as hunting palace for the Ghica family. It has four floors and two patios, one with lake view. the land is 3.8 hectares. A beautiful park with nice pathways. The access to interior is not allowed mostly because of deprecation of the building

Small but cozy castle
The castle is not a big one, it’s a small one but very beautiful. The inside is so simple and yet it has a special charm. If you’re staying at Dofteana Park Pension you get to visit the Castle for free. The surroundings are beautiful. There is a small lake in the back of the Castle that need to be cleaned, but even like this still looks nice.
