Stefan Luchian Art Gallery
The art gallery of Botosani was opened in 1960. The gallery's patrimony includes works signed by great Romanian painters such as Stefan Luchian, Theodor Pallady, Nicolae Tonitza, Nicolae Grigorescu, Gheorghe Petrascu, Octav Băncilă. Stefan Luchian art galleries also own a large number of sculptures signed by Iulia Oniţă, Ovidiu Maitec and Dan Covataru, as well as numerous tapestries belonging to valuable artists such as Cella Neamţu, Aspazia Burduja and Ileana Balotă.
