IF in town....
I wouldn't drive there to see this, but if passing through as we did, it's worthwhile. My understanding is it is lit up at night. Moinesti native son Samuel Rosenstock was a huge contributor to the Dadist movement. And so this monument was made.

Nothing to see
The monument is placed at the entrance in the city of Moinesti. There is not much to see, you can see it from the car, just passing through the city, actually you wont need to stop the car and in fact you don't have where to park your car.
