Amazing park
Friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. One of the best leisure park in Northern part of Romania. Will definitely come back.

Hungry for Money
There are no words or stars to express what or how we feel . It hasn't been a bad experience , it was just horrible . But i'll just start : sunny day , so we decide to go at the pool with friends and our nephew , since we haven't seen her for about 3 years now . So we get there , and here comes the best part . Huge crowd at the entrance so we do the line , get at the front desk and ask for 4 tickets and a kid ; we're being told at the front desk that they're out of umbrellas and beds , but they're get free after waiting a bit , and so we decide to get in . There are no places where to wait !!!!!!! Not only , there are no supervisors whom u can book an umbrella once it gets free , so after less than a minute we go back at the front desk and ask for a refund , since we haven't used the pool for nothing . Kindly we're being answered to wait for the pool Supervisor to come at the front desk and she will solve our problem . So we wait and when she comes , tells us how sorry she is for what happened , so she proposes to have us again next day if we agree and so we did . Next day unfortunately it was cloudy , so we decided to go back at the nice lady and ask for a refund . So we did , and when she came , she Kindly told us that is impossible to get a refund and that if we insisted we had make a formal request and wait for an answer , otherwise it would have been impossible . I let her now that we to have hotels and catering business , and we now how thing work , and a refind is possible , but she keeps going for her own street , NO REFUND , MAKE A FORMAL REQUEST . At the end we give up in front of all this Bad and Mean Intention ,disappointed and angry as hell we decide to leave , swearing ourselves never to step again in this place . Even this people lives in democracy they still have to learn how to do business , Money is important ,but More important are u're customers and the experience they have with u . A place to AVOID at all costs
