Ghost Mall with a few good tenants
The mall is about 50% empty. Of the anchor department stores, only Neiman Marcus is left. There is an Apple Store. The mall is being redeveloped with more entertainment components and housing. There is a PF Changs and Crate n Barrel.

One end average, one end upscale
Northbrook Court is having trouble staying current. Lots of empty space. Brands you know moving out and animal shelter and kid party groups taking empty spaces. On one side, Macy's, Gap and other common chains. On the other, Neiman Marcus, Coach and others. A decent theater with a great IMAX. Food court with no originality. All-in-all just an average suburban mall.
