Off the beaten track
Off the beaten track. Recommend to have a quick stop over and nice walk around the lake. One can do take-away in any of the local restaruants and spend a bit of time more like the local. Good top when going to Dambull.a

fascinating walk in a rather humid town.
This is an ideal spot for a blissful rest after a somewhat tiring drive through this part of SriLanka .Very well kept, clean and safe albeit with surprisingly lesser crowd presence .this lake provides a sense of ambiance that's beyond words in the mid day humidity .Shade along the well kept path,newly tiled adds to the feeling of relaxation for an hour's stay before you head your way ,with a new memory added .Worth a re visit.
