Nice Are For a Walk
It's the second time we visited this place as the area is very nice for walking. We didn't visit the visitor centre as it was still closed when we arrived at the location. We walked on the path between 4 lakes. The water was a little bit high. Heard a lot of birdsong and it's also bird sanctuay area. There's enough water birds to see. There is also a castle, Schloss Krickenbeck but it is a hotel.

Excellence in Nature
Using public transport and a few kilometers of walking, it is an excellent spot of nature hidden away. really worth a day trip out and so much wildlife to see and information available. i highly recommend, taking a bicycle as there is s great distance to walk but great to walk as well. very helpful that there is a toilet at the information centre
