Fun sailing in the evening sun.

We did the 5 pm Sierra Cloud Catamaran 2 hour boat ride from the pier at Hyatt Incline. This was so much fun, we really enjoyed the experience. The captain and the two young women crew members were awesome. They sailed the catamaran and managed to serve us wine and beer and cheese and fruit. We also got a lot of information about Lake Tahoe and it's history from the musician and his music was also really good, from original songs to Jimmy Buffet. I highly recommend this is you're in the Incline village area.

    Great boat rental experience
    Just completed our second boat rental this Summer with Action Water Sports of Incline Village. The boats were great. The support team provided very useful explanations of how to operate the boat before departure and provided all safety equipment. They communicated very efficiently by email, with a reminder, providing complete details of the reservation and detailed advice on when and where to go to start the boating outing. We had to change the date of our first reservation this Summer by a couple of days and they very efficiently provided that support and flexibility (we did make the change well in advance of the 48 hour requirement). My only constructive recommendation to them would be to clearly notify folks online that use of their very efficient online booking system does carry an extra charge of roughly $40. We booked our second reservation by calling them (so 1980's) but doing so avoided any additional charge. Great company. I highly recommend them!

    Silver Cloud Catamaran Cruise
    We went on the Sierra Cloud catamaran tour while we were in Incline Village last week. We stayed at the Hyatt, which is a gorgeous, gorgeous hotel. The tour on the Silver Cloud was super fun and relaxing. It was so special to be able to not only view the beautiful lake from the shore but then to experience it, right on the water, was an exceptional experience. The crew was super friendly, confident, and accommodating. We had drinks and snacks while Austin, our Captain, pointed out a few sites and a little history, while expertly navigating us through the crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe. This was our second time taking the cruise. It was well worth the cost and we will definitely do it again.
