Vineyard, restaurant, and holiday lets all in one!
This is a delightful, family-run place to visit for a morning, a day or a week. The visit to the winery is fascinating and these wines are good!! You can eat at Restaurant "Saalig" and stay in Bed-&-Breakfast rooms in the main restored farmhouse, or in holiday chalets among the vines. Saalhof is situated in a little village, the area is quiet and there are lots of places to cycle or walk. After our vineyard tour, Chef Ben Loos served us a wonderful lunch in "Saalig" with wines made just a few yards away. You can book visits for groups based on a theme, with lunch, dinner or just a light meal if you wish. We think this is a hidden gem in this part of The Netherlands.
