wonderful surprise after a very long time
So nice to finally be able to have a drink or a bite now too! A pavilion has been opened on the edge of the beach, so it is now even easier to stop for a moment to have a drink or to have a wonderful day at the beach without having to bring a full cool box.

Lovely spot but I would not swim in the water!
This is a beautiful spot just behind the houses. The beach and sand is fairly clean, although there was lots of large duck/bird poo around. It has a small climbing area for children. I saw toilets facilities but they were closed. Also possibly a drinks facility but also closed, I visited after 6pm. The water has lots of algae so I would not swim. A lovely place to relax and enjoy the air,.quiet and views.

Picnic on a bicycle trip
A nice park to have a picnic. I bicycled from Amsterdam to Ouderkerk. This was a great place to stop for a moment, have a picnic and eat something.
