Bierderij Waterland brews organic craft beers inspired by the towns and surrounding areas in our region. Our brewery is located 20 minutes north of Amsterdam. Come by and we’ll be happy to help you discover the taste of Waterland in our tasting room in the harbour of historic Monnickendam. Opening of the facilities is scheduled for June 2018.

New place in town and already great
The Bierderij opened in 2018 and very quick became one of the top spots in Monnickendam. Also thanks to the incredible summer the place became an instant hit and not withut reason. The brewery brews a dozen different beers from white to amber and everything in between. Nice outdoor seating overlooking one of the marinas and a nice beach area and a small children's play ground. Very nice food from local producers and a good vibe inside as well as outside. In the weekends there is live music or a DJ to elevate the atmosphere even more. Friendly service and reasonable prices.

Great place at the waterfront; good atmosphere, wide variety of snacks and interesting homebrew beers. Nothing fancy, but very pleasant.
