Okay-ish

All and all it was fine. Not too many people and relatively quiet. The food is okay-ish, but could be a bit more variety and some warm food. Drink selection is fine, enough variety and options with some stronger alcohol with which you can make your own coctail. The annoying part is that the view is straight to the panorama deck, but the deck is only accessible from the terminal before security (just why). And the other annoyance is that they started vacuuming the lounge at like 3 pm, and for some confusing reason they were vacuuming every little crevise...

    Not the best of lounges
    Not the greatest lounge Pre booked prior to arrival and the receptionist looked like she couldn’t care less. Not the friendly service that’s stated on the website The food is minimal and comes out from behind a shutter, then once in place the shutter gets closed again. And it’s only just warm … tepid at best and very limited choice Staff don’t seem that friendly at all Not the most comfortable seating Most of the USB ports don’t work If you can, book another lounge and avoid this one

    Fair weather friends. They only want you as a client if they are empty
    Terrible service, argumentative. Even though priority pass has access to this lounge, the lounge only gives access to priority pass if they have more than 10 seats available. We were not the only upset customers from priority pass that were turned away more than twice. I would have expected more from this lounge. I called priority pass as well, they were not impressed either. It begs the question why use their system if you c add my use a lounge when you want to
