I have been to a lot of golf courses and this ranks for sure with the best of them. As I progressed through the course I felt I was easily getting into my game in a way that was very comfortable and rewarding. The course has a natural charm about it that gives off a positive vibe.

A true Yanceyville Gem
If there is a hidden gem to be found in Yanceyville, Caswell Pines is it. I couldn't believe how nice it was and how courteously we were treated. If you're curious about golf or are an avid player and are in the area or are from out of town, look no further: this place is it. You won't be disappointed.

A Hidden Gem
I play this course once or twice a year even though I live in NY. My buddy has a house on Hyco Lake. A great find considering it's in an extremely rural part of NC. I really like the course, lots of elevation change. There are several greens that are sloped 15-20 from back to front. Stay below the hole or you are putting off the green. It's worth taking a trip to play this course, with reasonable greens fees.
