Small museum that doesn't take long to visit
This museum in Luxor is one of the smallest i have ever seen. It is quick and easy to see everything in less than 30 minutes. However, I did enjoy it and I read every placard on every exhibit. I was also able to take some photographs with my phone. At 100 Egyptian pounds, it isn't expensive. I was able to see a mummy here and at the Luxor Museum which was good as the Antiquities Museum in Cairo had shipped their mummies off to the Grand Egyptian Museum at Giza.

Good museum, shame about the annoying man who ruined it for us.
Interesting little museum that is well laid out and had just the right level of information. However, we were stalked around the museum and made to feel very uncomfortable by a man who may or may not have worked there (it was implied he did) who insisted on pointing at artifacts and shouting look mummy, look cat etc. So despite the museum being good in its own right I can't recommend it to others.
