Green Tea anyone?
Time to get out and about. No one mentioned it was a visit to see where green tea in Nghe An Province is grown - by boat. Okay, the boat trip out was a bit noisy - what is it with the Vietnamese and loud music. Even in the middle of nowhere? But having been deposited at the landing stage, with a short walk to the top or the slope and well - the sheer peacefulness just hits you. Lots of rows of tea leaves. You can even get dressed up for the part of tea leaf collector in traditional dress for a small amount of money. Certainly a place to go visit if in the area. Couple of hours as a minimum. You'll need the boat ride to get back to where you arrived to pick up the boat in the first place.

Just amazing place in Western Nghe An
Had a lovely boat trip to explore tea hills in Thanh An, Western Nghe An, the view was really stunning and amazing, we had a good chance to enjoy the green tea with locals. It was such a romantic and beautiful site to discover if you travel along HCM road. Highly recommended
