Beautiful beach area in winter!!
My husband and I took a winter walk on the plum Island beach behind the lighthouse. DRESS WARM. It was FREEZING but worth seeing!!! Absolutely breath taking!! Several dog owners walking their dogs and visitors in search of snowy owl pics.

Wonderful Gem of PI
This is a little lighthouse but charming and mighty, especially beautiful if you go at dusk or dawn and snap photos (or videos) of the green light turning at the top against the pink and purple sky. It has a history, and they do have seasonal tours for donations!

Tiny
This is a really tiny lighthouse in a fenced in yard off a parking lot for the beach. Not worth going out of your way to see it. If you are going to Plum Island beach you can take a peek as you pull into the parking lot.
