Excellent place for families
All ages will love Joppa. Great naturalists and programs which are most informative. Very easy to get to as well, and after a visit continue on to the Parker River Wildlife Refuge just vower the bridge.

We stumbled upon this place and were pleasantly surprised!
Keeping four kids under the age of nine entertained without breaking the bank is a challenge but this placed helped out a lot! We stopped in figuring it would be a ten minute stop and ended up staying two hours! There were touch tanks, a craft, and even a man outside helping the kids catch butterflies. It was wonderful!!!
