Don’t Miss Evil Dead The Musical

If you are a fan of the 1980s horror cult classics, then you will not want to miss this comedic fun rendition of Evil Dead the musical. This can’t be, cheesy musical is the perfect October Halloween fun night out. If you want to be totally into it, dress for the party and make sure your seats are in the splash zone. You won’t come out without getting a little bloody wet. Crazy fun time, with a spot on cast and campy musical numbers. Double up on Friday night 29 October with the midnight showing home Rocky Horror Picture Show. Every seat is a great seat, with friendly staff and so much to do for dinner around the downtown of Newburyport. The Fire House is a must go to when you’re in the area.

Fantastic production and superb quality in cast, crew, and music.
We just caught the last performance of the "Producers" in July 2022 and it was our very first visit. We were so impressed by the production - acting, staging, set, and music - and this is the strongest performance of a regional/small theater we've ever seen. And we just came back from visiting NYC for broadway and off broadway plays, and this does not feel "less" by any means. What a gem, and we'd love to support and return many times in the future! [In fact, we are coming right back for "Once" in August]!

Great venue to see a musical
Last night I saw Billy Elliot the Musical. The whole experience was great. The actors were talented, choreography was impressive, sets and sound were awesome. I sat in the very back row of the balcony and could see and hear everything perfectly. The building is charming with high beamed ceilings and artwork in the lobby and stairwell. They sold snacks and soft drinks during intermission. There is a public parking lot across the street, but on a busy night parking is tough. It is near to (and attached to) restaurants and a gelato place for a before or after snack/drink. There are many stairs up to get to the auditorium and more stairs down to use the restroom, so plan accordingly. I believe there is an elevator somewhere.
