We're looking for the Salisbury rail trail but sat nav took us here. Followed trail along the river and then inland last various sculptures and planted areas. Information boards as to what was where when in was a working railway. Fully tarmacked surface so easy to walk.

    very mellow trail
    I enjoyed the fine condition of the trail and the sculpture along the way. I just wish it could traverse a bit more of Newburyport. If you ride any real distance, you will eventually have toy merge with Newburyport traffic
