Guided Tour was very "left-centric"
Due to COVID restrictions, they modified the tours. All seats were assigned. We took the American Narrows Tour which was very pleasant. The guide was young but very knowledgeable but everything he pointed out was to his right going both ways which was our left as we were seated port side. The tour would have been been improved had he pointed out things on both sides as we traveled so that those on his left didn't have to constantly strain to see things. The captain took the microphone to give more detail because we passed a "laker" on the tour and he described the ship to us. The tour ended at Heart Island where Bolt Castle is to allow those who wished to get off and tour Bolt Castle. Definitely the highlight of the trip to be able to tour there. I recommend anyone planning to spend time at Bolt Castle as part of their tour, to plan on an early tour so ample time can be devoted to Heart Island. We had hoped to also tour Singer Castle, but all tours for Singer were full the week we were there.

Nice Boat tour
We did the 2 nations Uncle Sam Boat tour. we did the first tour on a Sunday morning, so it was still fairly cool, and the boat wasn't that full. Nice, guided tour of the St Lawrence seaway and Thousand Island area around Alexandria Bay. The boat tour lasted around 2 hours and then they dropped us off at Heart Island and Boldt Castle where we got as much time to walk around the island and visit the castle as we wanted before catching the shuttle boat back to their parking area. Admission to the castle is not included in the boat tour price. They have refreshments onboard so you can grab a drink or something to eat while you cruise. Since it wasn't that crowded had no issues running around the boat to grab photos. The commentary is pretty good but not nonstop, so you have gaps in commentary to relax a bit. We picked this because unlike some of the other tours your time at Boldt Castle wasn't limited and since my friend's wife is into interior design, we knew we would end up spending more than 45-60 minutes at the castle.
