Summer pontoon rental
Bob isn't that bad folks, don't mind the reviews. He's straight to the point but is very informative and helpful. Great boats, great staff and great prices. We rented a pontoon for the day and had a great time.

Great experience on the Lake
We had a wonderful 3 hour boat ride with Captain Bob Driving us around and taking the kids tubing on Lake George. He told us about the locals living on the South side of the Lake near Bolton Landing. He took us to a quiet cove for tubing and took us to Loch Cove to get out and swim. All 3 kids (ages 4, 5 and 6) said they had a blast. So did the 5 adults. We will definitely do it again.

Nice boat / so-so customer experience
Our experience with Bob was ok, but felt tense from the word hello. I can certainly believe the experiences described in other reviews. In our case, he gave us an extra 15 minutes to return the boat because we had arrived late, which was nice. The boat we received was in very good condition with a new propeller and seating that looked brand new. It worked flawlessly. We were surprised to learn that we were expected to refuel the boat on our rental time and at our cost. To refuel the boat you have to go to a nearby marina, navigate into a tight space and wait in line. The process for us took 35 minutes from our 3.5 hour rental and if you're not an expert boater it puts you at risk of damage. I'm not sure if this is typical in Lake George, but it certainly took away from the experience
