Absolute must do!
My tween/teen boys, mother in law and I spent a wonderful half day on the sea kayaks with Bruce. We had some incredible up close encounters with curious Harbor Seals, saw some bald eagles and even a Minke whale! Bruce is extremely knowledgeable about the local area and wildlife, and he shared so many interesting facts with us. He took plenty of time at the beginning to teach us novice kayakers how to use the foot pedals and paddles efficiently, and took plenty of breaks to ensure everyone enjoyed themselves. I would highly recommend booking a kayak trip with Seascape if you visit Passamaquoddy Bay and Deer Island, it’s worth it!

Amazing experience
We had booked for afternoon tour but Bruce contacted us evening prior to inform us winds may be issue for pm and suggested morning tour instead which we gladly accepted. This reassured us as this was out first time kayaking with our boys. We were staying in St Andrews and was a 40 min drive/ferry to get there in time for our 9:30 tour. He took time to go over safety procedures and make sure we were all comfortable with all aspects of our kayak. We then had amazing morning with calm waters, many porpoise sightings and sounds of birds. We felt safe and in good hands with Bruce who obviously is experienced in more rugged and lengthy tours in Nfld and Costa Rica. Since we started a bit late(because of us) he asked if anyone was in a hurry and everyone said no. So our tour was extended a bit and we could leisurly go around a small island before our return. Beautiful Bay of Fundy Kayak Experience
Such an amazing experience. This is my 2nd time coming to kayak with Bruce in the magnificent Bay of Fundy and it is so worth it. Bruce is a fantastic guide and such a calming presence on and off the water. I highly recommend any adventure with him. It is a must do when in the Saint Andrew's/St George area. Just a quick hop on the ferry to Deer Island and you're in for a wonderful time kayaking with a truly knowledgeable and wonderful human being. Highly recommend.
