    Delightful Venue
A really special Valentine’s show with Country Music legends Connie Smith and Marty Stuart and their respective bands. Very intimate experience considering most of the large venues around these days. We will be back, but get there earlier as there is not a lot of parking available.

First time, theatre nice parking not
This was our first visit to this venue and we drove around trying to find parking on a Friday night. In front of the theatre was no parking and on the side roads close by didn't find any. We finally parked blocks away in a business parking lot (after hours) and were worried about being towed. Once the theatre opened we asked two employees about where we parked and one told us that they do tow vehicles sometimes but he didn't know. The other told us it should be okay but the theatre has parking lot in back but since there is another event going on at another business it is probably full. First I never heard of or saw the parking in the rear and second how come they allow another venue to park so that the theatre goers cannot use it. This was definitely a damper on the start of the evening. So all that being said, our car didn't get towed and we saw other people walking to the same lot to park. The theatre opens and hour before the show. I love it when a building is restored and preserved. The theatre is small enough for there not to be a really bad seat but it holds quite a few and has the balcony seating as well. We sat on the lower lever, right side, half way up and saw fine. They have ushers and a nice concession that has beer, wine and snacks. The wine selection was one red and two whites which are priced $6 for small and $11 for double size. They do allow you to take the drinks inside the theatre as well. The seats are comfortable and the sound was fine. The performance we attended looked to be sold out and only seats where someone didn't show up. The show began just after 7:30pm and ended around 9:15pm. There was no intermission, which we liked but not sure if this is the case will all performers. The temperature in the theatre was perfect. The bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. The evening would have been perfect if not for the parking issue. It would have been helpful too if the staff actually new what business lot you could use after hours. We would definitely go again though and hope to park in the lot behind the theatre.
