Revitalized Townhall
The refurbished gold dome has become an icon of the town. Not only the physical space has been renovated inside and out, new activities have emerged such as concerts, New Years Needham performances and art and artisan markets. It's a community center with events that reach out to residents and visitors.

It does the job (and then some)
Early voting, paying your taxes, visiting the assessor's office, getting a dump sticker, they do all that well here. Add to that the rebuilt Great Hall upstairs where there are lectures, speeches, and concerts, and it's about as good as a Town Hall can get!
