Native animals up close
Drive-through adventure zoo's road leads visitors through several different 'lands' featuring Sandhill Cranes, antelope, deer and a large buffalo herd. Most of the animals freely roam this corner of the county. All can be seen from visitors' cars, but Wolf Woods section requires a short walk. The interactive nature exhibits can be explored hile out of the car.

Up Close with Wild Animals
This place is an awesome addition to wildlife in the area. Its a different feel that the Omaha Zoo as this is more local animals and its a drive through. There are a few stops for you to get out but its really neat to drive right up to these magnificent animals.

A Disappointing Trip
Made a trip from Omaha to visit the Wildlife Safari. We saw 23 buffalos, lots of Elk, lots of White Tail Deer, and 3 bald eagles. Unfortunately, we did not see any birds because of the avion flu. We missed the wolves because we did not pay enough attention to where they were. The weather was cold and rainy which did not help. Next time we go, we will reserve a cheetah conservation backstage pass.
