Jordan's Furniture, Massachusetts, United States

3.5 (106 reviews) Spent Ranking #3 in Natick Speciality & Gift Shops

If you know what you want than Jordan’s is amazing.

I love the furniture I have gotten from Jordan’s. So far I have gotten three beds with adjustable frames, coffee table, pub table, and recliner. Here is the thing, there is total junk sold at Jordan’s and also amazing quality items. People that write bad reviews based on what they buy because they didn’t research their purchases baffles me. I don’t buy anything on advice if the salesperson, I do my own research. Everything I have bought at Jordan’s is treating me amazing, and high quality. The Jordan’s experience is great with good customer service. Obviously trying to push their warranties and such. If you know what you want, like anywhere, you’ll find the experience great. If you are looking to have a salesperson furnish your home, than it’s hit or miss. But ain’t that true in most places.

    Nothing out of the ordinary
We went to Jordan's furniture for a twin mattress. The sleep technician was knowledgeable and got right to the point which was good as we didn't want this to become a major time drain. He was a bit clinical at times providing an answer but not providing much in the way of personality or making you feel special as a customer of Jordan furniture. In fact, at times we found him to be slightly arrogant. We did purchase a bed as we were able to find what we were looking for, but I wouldn't go back to this particular individual for future needs. The prices seemed a bit high, but it's difficult to compare apples to apples when shopping for a mattress as the manufacturers label their products differently for each retailer who carries their merchandise.

    It's a furniture store...
With a movie theater and some other junk thrown in to make it a "family entertainment destination". The IMAX theater is fine. The furniture store is fine, even if overpriced. But don't try and sell me and my family this "experience" as any more than it is: some cheap gimmicks to make me consider buying a couch that I don't really need.
