    Great Cooking Classes
Helen knows what she's talking about and more importantly, knows how to convey this knowledge. The recipes were challenging but doable due to the clear explanation. A good combination of taste, technique and even some explanation about the background of certain ingredients. The set up of the online lessons worked perfectly, although I had to do it on my own, but thanks to Helen's online feedback and support, I was able to improve in a short time. Other than that, Helen is very friendly. I definitely recommend these classes to anyone who likes to cook or wants to improve in the kitchen.

Jim Cleaves - Fish and Pizza
Helen has genuine mastery and passion, and this comes across forcefully in her classes. I learned a lot. I think she is really teaching technique, more so than how to make a certain recipe, and this is so much better. I cook quite a lot and have taken two classes (fish and pizza). My favorite was fish because I believe I have already improved my fish cookery by applying a few of the techniques that Helen gave us. So why not five stars? My only thought here is that maybe the experience might be even better if Helen chose not to pack quite so much into the three hours, and created a little more opportunity for back and forth, although as an educator myself (coffee) I know that can be risky in terms of losing focus and control.
