Great anchorage
We visit every year and are ever disappointed. The snorkelling within twenty feet of the boat is amazing. It's expensive as you pay for three nightspot worth it for the facilities on Mustique. It really does have the best stocked supermarket for a small island. I often buy stuff here that we can't get anywhere else in the Caribbean.

Picking up a mooring
Not sure why we read so much that discourages sailors from Mustique. The island, the beaches - and the people - are obviously beautiful. But what we found so nice is how easy it all was. We found it pretty simple to pick up a mooring, and everyone we met was so very friendly and accommodating. Basil's is a lot of fun, and so convenient from a short dinghy ride. Brittany Bay is very protected, quiet, and the beach is beautiful. Take advantage of the 2-day mooring. Can't wait to return.
