Not easy to find a better golf course in South Africa than Garry Player’s Leopard Creek
While staying at the beautiful Buhala Lodge - 30 minutes’ drive - we played this well-known Gary Player course twice. It was a real treat and surprisingly enough, challenging as expected but not too difficult although the par 3’s (i.e. 5, 7 and 16) can be tricky. Loved the ‘so-called’ signature hole 18. Greens and fairways are in excellent condition. Courteous and friendly staff and no caddies by the way. At the halfway house we had a good lunch. Somewhat surprised though that only the green of hole 13 lies along the Crocodile river and at this hole we spotted for the first time some wildlife (i.e. elephants) across the river in the Kruger park. After our round we had some drinks with a splendid view over holes 9 and 18. There is a nice price tag involved of course but can still highly recommend playing this sublime golf course.

Golf heaven
Played the number one golf ?️ course and number 1 on my bucket list . The course was in perfect condition and the views are amazing . The 13th green overlooks the Kruger park . A must for golfers ?️

Most beautiful course, completely over prices
I get why they charge a much higher fee here in order to keep attendance exclusive... however, the price can't be justified. The beauty of nature and warm weather is hard to beat!Food was lovely at clubhouse and views are incredible!!
