    Love Swan Lake. Set in the Swan mountains and close to Glacier. Clear cold water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming. A nice little restaurant nearby. Nothing but nature. There is the Swan River across the lake, make sure you go up the river to see herons, eagles and all sorts of wildlife. Go in July and August when it is really warm.

    Tranquil
    Lovely public beach area, with a small fee to park. The beach is rocky so we recommend water shoes unless you have tough feet. Good place for kayaks, floating devices or just swimming. Water is pristine.
