Fun and well run!
Great experience. I was a 1st-timer and they were very clear with verbal instructions about the process, from signing in/paying to getting our gear and on the bus to get to the launch site. Our "on-ramper" had a great sense of humor, but was also very organized with his delivery...took most of the anxiety out of the process, making it a much more enjoyable experience. Our guide was very experienced and also very clear with his instructions, once we boarded the raft. I would highly recommend Geyser...my only wish would be that the Gallatin River was running a bit faster, but of course, they have no control over that. Otherwise, this is your place!

Fun guide who inspired confidence
Highly recommend the Lower Gallatin River rafting trip for the intrepid traveler! My teenage daughter and I had actually signed up for the less-adrenaline-producing upper river trip, but upon checking in the friendly woman at the desk suggested we looked like "lower river" types, and I'm glad we switched. We had a total blast. Mel, our guide, was expert at leading us safely down the river and took the time (in between rapids) to connect with each of us individually. This was a thoroughly fun and adrenaline-filled trip.

An excellent adventure
We booked two trips; 3 of us did the whitewater (class III and IV) and 5 of us (2 adults and 3 young children) did he scenic float trip. Both were excellent. The guide (Mike) on the whitewater told us precisely what to do and when to do it to navigate the rapids, was friendly and fun and showed us a marvelous time and ride. The guide (Nash) on the scenic trip was especially good with the children and friendly and kind the entire way. One of the kids (9 years old) said it was the best thing she has ever done. Everyone we dealt with was kind, friendly and devoted to showing us a great and safe trip.
