Need better staff
All in all the kids had a good time but the staff is horrendous. They really don’t appreciate their jobs they are not friendly at all and they are not very helpful. I believe they could use better training.

Disappointing for the money we paid
Worst experience. We asked for a private room and added to our food order a week before the party. On the day of the party, they acted like we didn't even make the requests and offered no solution or money off. For the money we paid, it was just disappointing. The location of the table we did get was awful.
