Kids went for birthday party. You have to buy the socks. Lots of employees walking around but little clue to help as you wait for your party need to be clearer in directions when inside.

    Very chaotic
    This place has so many little kids running around by themselves. The staff do not care at all they seem like they want to clock out and leave all the time. Very noisy but still a fun time with friends!

    Does anybody Care
    First and last visit for me. Could be a great place but needs to be managed better. I followed the rule of no food and drink brought in. Yet food and drinks were among other visitors from home. When I questioned staff about rule the response was insane. "Oh, that means no fast food should be brought in!" Oh, and no homemade sandwiches. Really!!! No staff is walking around so safety is an issue. Tokens can be purchased for arcade games, but half of these are not working. Staff did give me some of my money back, but that took an argument. I would save my money and drive elsewhere.
