Great experience!

Everyone knows the name Titanic! Everyone knows Titanic struck an iceberg! And everyone knows Titanic was lost! She sat at the bottom of the ocean for 75 years before they found her in 1985. A second expedition to the wreck site went out in 1986 and that expedition was co-led by the owner of this museum. The artifacts you see throughout the ship are REAL and valued at over $4 million dollars. You'll be able to touch a growing iceberg, experience the 28 degree water, try and steer the ship and pay tribute to the 2,208 passengers and crew that were on the Titanic. You will enter as a guest and leave as a Titanic Passenger!

    Monumental Museum to the Titanic
Took my teenage daughter to this Titanic Museum, which was something she really wanted to see while we were vacationing in Branson for the week. We went on a Sunday afternoon, so the place was moderately busy but not overly crowded. The tour through the museum is mostly self-guided, which allows you to set your own pace to see what you want for how long you want. This aspect is very nice, since there’s a LOT of different exhibits to see. As you walk through the museum, you travel through various sections of the ship, where you can see replicas of the original ship, various artifacts that were salvaged, and numerous plaquards with historic details. Additiionally, you are given an audio device from which you can access information as you pass through different areas. Many of these informational presentations are presented as if individuals from the Titanic were talking to you. Staff members are periodically stationed throughout the place as well to offer assistance or information. Displays are well made and maintained. They’re also very respectful towards those who were on the Titanic (both the survivors and those who were lost). Tickets prices are on the higher side, but it’s well worth the money if you can take the time to thoroughly take in the entire complex. Daughter and I spent almost two hours from start to finish.

    Great Museum
The museum was great, my only complaint was lack of coordination. Unless you're there on a day with only a couple other groups you will fill rushed. They send people through one after another there was at least a 100+ groups in there all at once. I would also like to state yes there is a coal furnace that is designed for kids to play with and intractable helm and ramps. I would suggest if your kids are not 11 or older this is a museum not a fun house. It was Very hard to enjoy the history and experience the tragedy of such a dark event with kids running around screaming and trying to touch everything. Some peices in this museum are worth over $80,000 not toys. So please out of respect of other humans wait for your kids to grow up before taking them to such a incredible and important museum.
