Great Day on the Lakes with a Rented Pontoon!
My sister and I showed up at Northern Lights with little preparation other than we wanted a day on the lakes in Voyageurs Natl Park. We rented a pontoon called "Misty" and could not have had a better day. Tracy and her sister, Annette, were amazing. Tracy took the time to share her experience in the north woods and then she gave us detailed maps with special places noted to stop and enjoy the lake. We made it all the way to Kettle Falls and then stopped at Lost Bay to swim and paddle board. The pontoon boat ran beautifully and we had sufficient gas and sun protection. Although we did not stay at this resort (we were camping at Echo Lake), I wouldn't hesitate to return to Northern Lights. I think we will be planning our family reunion next summer at this wonderful spot on Kabetogama. Thanks, Tracy!!! We look forward to seeing you again soon.
