Seifert Cellars and Wild West Vines began in 2005 as a dream to grow quality grapes and produce award-winning wine in the Concho Valley region of West Texas. We currently have 20 acres right on Lake Ivie with nine acres under cultivation A high fence surrounds the entire vineyard. Come & stay in one of our RVs and enjoy the darkest skies in Texas, wine tasting & agritourism.
