Interesting and relaxing

I was able to stroll through with my kids and enjoy myself. We got to glance at pieces of history. My kids are 7 and 9, and they found it very interesting.

    A bit of history
    To learn more about the ways and means of the people who settled Midland County and sustain it, this is the place.

    Small Museum
    Small collection of Midland's (and surrounding west Texas area) pictures, furniture, clothes, toys, and other memorabilia housed in a metal frame warehouse. Check out the replica of a skull fragment of "Midland Man" - actually a female's - found south of Midland and said to be about 10,000 years old. The museum is free. Friendly museum guide. Plenty of parking. Look for it adjacent to the county library.
