Founded by Art Cole in 1946, Hosted International AACT festival in 2006, First community theatre in USA to produce THE PRODUCERS (2008), RENT (2009), LES MISERABLES (2009) and SHREK THE MUSICAL (2013) Our season runs a calendar year, with preformances on Friday & Saturday.

    Having been involved in many productions over the years, from community theater in Boston, to off broadway and inclusive of Fords theater and The Kennedy Center in DC, I consider myself familiar with live theater. The performance that we attended at MCT was one that will always rate as one of the very best ever. The casting was some of the finest groups of talent I have had the pleasure to see in my life. The show was superbly directed and well set. We laughed from the very beginning right through to the last curtain call. We still laugh about various scenes today.

    Great productions!!
    Over the years, I've been continually impressed with the quality theater, both dramatic and musical, that MCC produces. The main theater and the small theater are wonderful spaces. There are no bad seats. This is a must see for all ages.
