Great classes and teachers. I am used to going to the Royal Oak or Bloomfield location but no matter whatever one you go to there all very good!!!!! You feel amazing after you get out, I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Awesome

If you like hot yoga
If you like hot yoga, this is the place to be. Sweat will be pouring out of you. The classes are taught by an array of teachers. namaste.

Nice Vibe, Reasonable Prices
After 2 visits, I'm fairly certain I'll make this my home studio. Two negatives: 1) they heat the room fairly high ---it is not hot yoga, but it is too warm for me and 2.) the changing area is very small
