Unreliable and unprofessional
I was gifted a Groupon for White Orchid and had no issues scheduling my initial massage. I then get a text message from the husband saying she had to cancel and she was in the hospital (understandable, it was during COVID things happen). I decided to rebook a massage several months later to allow time for the owner to get back to better health. I booked online and between the time I booked and my actual scheduled appointment I have had conversation with the owner. The day of my massage comes and I followed the instructions she had previously sent about letting her know when I was there and she would let me know when to come in. I waited over 20 min and heard nothing, I decided to go into the building and everything was dark, no lights were on and I knocked on the door (it was locked) and didn’t hear anything or see any lights on coming from under the door. I had to turn the lights on in the area myself to even see the suite number I was supposed to go to. I have tried reaching out several times and hadn’t heard back so I decided to give up and leave. After now being past my scheduled appointment. I totally understand things come up and happen without notice. But what took the cake for me was when I had a friend reach out and inquire about services later in the evening and they received a response from the owner. I am still waiting for a response and still haven’t heard anything. Very unprofessional in my opinion, and they should at least have the courtesy to contact me regarding what happened after now being my second time cancelled on. It seems I am not the only customer this has happened to.

Never Showed.
Got a Groupon to spend here. 90 Minute massage plus a 20 minute foot scrub. Called a few times beforehand to plan the booking and never had an answer or call back, so I booked online. I had a reminder text yesterday in regards to my appointment today at 11. Got there at 11 and nobody was there. Door was locked. No response. Called 3 phone numbers to see if there was a misunderstanding and nobody responded or called back in regards to never showing up for my appointment. I left without hearing from anyone or being seen after 25 minutes of waiting .
