Excellent customer service
I highly recommend this business! We rented a pontoon boat for the day to tour around Torch Lake, river and Elk Lake. The staff was professional, helpful in carrying our personal items on and off the boat, on time and very friendly. The boat was new and clean. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to rent a boat and will use them again when we return.

Perfect day!
Rented a pontoon yesterday, everything went smoothly, best day ever! Only suggestion I have? Please tell customers they are responsible for the gas refill when they return... our fault for not asking, but was a bit surprised with the additional charge upon return. Other than that, I do recommend!

Easy rental process, good boat quality
We booked our pontoon rental about 3 weeks out, during the middle of summer. We booked a day trip. The reservation process was very easy and fast. The morning of, we had to wait about 30 minutes for them to put the boat in the water, which was annoying. The boat itself was great- it did not have a cooler (not all of them do), but we made do. The depth finder was inaccurate but we didn't have to worry much being on Torch Lake. As avid boaters, we had a great and easy experience. We would absolutely rent again if we get the chance to visit before summer's end!
