it's like ROLLING back the time ,to the 40'S all over again& even the Conductor , look just like one ,from that ERA , the OPERA HOUSE ,is just FANTASTIC for sound reproduction acoustics , leave alone , how BEAUTIFUL it is to see . if YOU come , YOU certainly won't be let DOWN by what YOU see & HEAR , Glenn's music , played EXACTLY , as HE wrote it ,& CONDUCTED IT !---------BOB & REVA FRICK-----Farwell Mi.

Wonderful Venue for Great Events
Cheboygan is so lucky to have such a wonderful venue for a wide range of performing arts events. The Opera House has a long history and the interior has been restored to its original appearance. It is a shame the outside was so oddly changed when it was rebuilt/remodeled. The accoustics are phenomenal and the variety of events is wide ranging. The ticket prices vary by event but are very reasonable. Most events have reserved seating. Events range from local theater groups, to children's plays and performances to professional touring groups such as the Glenn Miller Orchestra, Garrison Keiller, The Moscow Ballet, the Annual Rivertown Follies (stage plays and humerous skits), Bob Milne, The Lettermen, and many many others. The Young Americans have perfromed there several times. Overall it is a wonderful experience which is so unusual for such a small town. My wife and I have attended over 20 events at the Opera House and will continue to go back.
