Great for Family's and Adults
Great Gyms. They have 2 gyms. 1 for women, and also one for coed. There are two pools! One inside and another outside! 2 Basketball courts. 2 courts for volleyball, racket ball, etc. There is a private gym for yoga, basketball, etc. Good for the family because outside there is a park. With... Bounce Pillow, Zip line, Rope Course, Swings, Splash Pad, & a pool! Affordable prices for food and memberships. They also have a theater where they hold plays and sometimes do movies. They have a school connected so if you wanna take your kid to the school there... Then after school you can use the hallway to go to the centure. The school goes from daycare to graduating from high school. There is also a café where you can get meals, drinks, desserts, and etc. Yet again, @ a reasonable price. It is a place to hang out with friends, go as a family with teens & children, a place for couples, and could go by yourself.

Fantastic fitness
This place has everything. Coaching, swimming, weight training, free weights, machines, racket ball, group sports like basketball and a cafe. Love this place.

Best for the whole family!
I love all that the centre has to offer! I've been a member for 3 years. I take advantage of their women's only gym to work out, or some of the different classes, that are included in my membership. My husband & I workout together in the coed gym, or go and shoot some hoops in the gym. On occasion I hit a deep water aerobics class! The "Corner Park" is a great place for kids of all ages, with a bounce pillow, zip line, swings, rope corse, splash pad, and pool! They also have 2 botchi ball rings! You can get a day pass that gives you access to the entire place if you want to bring guest, or don't want the cost of the membership. Almost forgot, you get a discount for the impact sports as a member!
