A Market noted for Cheese, Chocolate and Wine

This place was suggested by my Son who lives in Dundee Mi as well as Pentemere Winery. My son loves the goat cheese. My wife stopped there and was overwelmed by the number of cheeses - we were told they had about 100 both international as well as some made by the owner of the market. We let the Saleslady offer suggestions as well as commentary on the cheeses we tried or didn't. The cheeses were outstanding. I had tried some of them previously but more the Aldi variety vs fine cheese. The difference is astounding as are the prices - $18-21/lb. After tasting 10 different cheese we bought 5 different ones of 1/4lb. Small enough so it didn't break the bank but enough for a lunch. They also had coffee, wine, chocolate available.

    Cheese heaven.
This is a traditional hometown Christmas stop. Always spend too much, with no regrets. White Stilton mango ginger and moliterno tartufo , oh my god. Best blue cheese this year, ever. From Oregon. We ran back for more but no luck it was gone. Next year. Wish they would relocate to central Florida. A do not miss while in Tecumseh.

    Wonderful staff, great place
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here, and enjoyed talking with the wonderful staff working behind the counter, so to speak! There is a lot of great stuff here, from crafts and trinkets (a lot made in Michigan), to wonderful wine and beer selections, to a cheese and meat counter! The staff here was awesome in allowing us to try different cheeses. We ended up taking home some of their homemade pimento cheese dip, which was fantastic! We were looking forward to trying some of their house-made salami, but they were alas out during our visit. This was a great place, and I'm truly hoping to find a way to return!!
