The service was ok
I order wings and my friend ordered pizza; waited a long time for food to come out but the food was great. The waitress could have been better.

Good food, so-so service
We have visited SWG 4 or 5 times now. The food is good, service tends to be slow and the noise level is high. The real drawback (for me) was the condition of the women's rest room - there is an old adage for judging restaurants: look at the restrooms and you'll learn about how clean the kitchen is. Have not been into the kitchen but the women's was nasty. Just an observation.

Several disappointing visits.
We've given this place many opportunities to prove that they've stepped up their game. However, each and every visit proves to disappoint. If you look up the walls or at the items hanging on the wall, you will see several years worth of dust and dirt collected. Gross. The food is never cooked the same. Every time you visit, the food will be cooked a different way. The waitstaff is more interested in playing on their cell phones or chatting with each other than actually waiting on their customers. With all the other local options, just go somewhere else.
