A great horse and great overall experience on an hour+ long trail ride.
Went today and had a great time. Was matched with a well trained mount that knew leg commands and neck reined. The guide (Sheryl) worn a head set so we could hear her speaking as we rode the trails. Walked and trotted and she made sure that everyone felt comfortable doing these gaits. The ride was over an hour, and was worth every penny. For the most experienced rider down to the newbie, there is a riding experience awaiting you in Grand Ledge! Please consider riding here-as an ex-horse owner, you will not be disappointed.

Good time for a 3 year old
Wanted to buy something unique for my grand daughters 3rd birthday. She like horses so I thought of Sundance but didn't know if a three year old is too young? I called them and they assured me they have pony's which are appropriate for her. When we went to the stables the employees were attentive to our needs and we had a great time. Would definitely recommend for children or any inexperienced rider. I thought prices were reasonable as well.

Loved the Horse Camp!
We have done trail rides here with our children and grandchildren various times over the years and it has been a good experience. Our 11-year old granddaughter wanted to attend the four-day horse camp so we sent her. She absolutely loved it!! Every night she was full of excitement sharing what they had done that day and couldn't wait to return the next day. She has already asked to go again next year. The staff were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing; it was a great experience for our granddaughter. On the final day, family joins the riders in the evening for a display of what they have learned, a hot-dog roast, and a hay ride. Highly recommend Sundance Riding Stables for either an hour or two trail ride or the horse camp.
